‎Working the night shift has many disadvantages that affect your health in the form of various diseases. As a night shift worker you serve an incredibly important purpose of taking care of others, protecting society or an organization at night, or running complex machinery while your work requires smartness and often times human working hours can cause more fatigue than ordinary workers because you work in the night shift.

‎Night shift workers face fluctuations of unhealthy metabolism, due to their sleep disturbances and unnatural schedules, it is common for night workers to establish irregular eating habits and unhealthy breakfast and food choices. However, if you have time to pack a healthy lunch or a healthy breakfast, it will be quite healthy for you. Night shift workers have lower lipid levels that can put them at a higher risk of passive metabolism and obesity.‎
